By making a booking, the client is deemed to have accepted all the following terms and conditions.

Prices quoted include the services of the guide - who will conduct the tour in English only - for 4 hours, or as amended by mutual agreement. Prices do not include refreshments and admission charges.

The maximum number of participants is 25.

Having confirmed a booking, GUIDE FARADAY will endeavour to meet clients at the time and place agreed, but under circumstances beyond the company's control (such as traffic or public transport problems) this may not be possible. In such cases, clients will be kept informed by mobile telephone. In extremely rare cases, for instance when weather conditions are such that forecasters advise staying in unless absolutely essential, the tour may be cancelled by GUIDE FARADAY at short notice, with no liability accepted, and no payment becoming due.

Some tourist attractions vary their opening hours or close parts of their property to visitors at short notice. Should this occur, GUIDE FARADAY accepts no liability.

Payment is due at the end of each day's tour, in cash and/or travellers’ cheques (in sterling, dollars or euros). Once a booking has been agreed, if the client then cancels within 48 hours of the tour, or does not show up on the day, or otherwise declines the tour, the fee will be payable in full.

Finally, whilst GUIDE FARADAY will make every effort to make the tour memorable and enjoyable for all clients, no guarantees can be given, and should this turn out not to be the case for any reason, no liability is accepted.
