My name is Brian Leary. I am a qualified Blue Badge Guide, registered as knowledgeable and fully competent to conduct tours of London by the respected Institute of Tourist Guiding.

I have degrees from both Oxford and Loughborough Universities. Until 1998 I was a senior manager at one of the UK's largest financial services groups. Having retired, I have the time to indulge in my favourite hobby, which is studying the endlessly fascinating history of England in general, and of London in particular.

I have lived in or near London all my adult life, and I get immense pleasure from showing visitors around the city. Indeed, I have conducted hundreds of tours in and around London over the course of the last few years.
